Can I access the course materials forever, or only during the course?

Students who sign up for the Essential package can join the next cohort and keep lifetime access to the pre-recorded content and replay recordings. Rejoining a future cohort costs $600 afterward. Students in the Unlimited package receive lifetime access to future live cohorts, the community, and ongoing updates to the curriculum and protocol library.

What is the balance between theoretical learning and practical exercises?

Each week blends theory and practice. The pre-recorded theory is intentionally concise and exists to give context for the protocols. The weekly live sessions are designed to be almost entirely experiential, which creates a stronger learning environment than passive teaching.

How does this program differ from other self-improvement or professional development courses?

Most personal development courses emphasize top-down, mind-based tools such as mindfulness, visualization, or cognitive reframing. NSM emphasizes body-based approaches that are more effective for real-time regulation and addressing root causes. The curriculum is built around self-experimentation, consistent practice, and audio-first delivery that can be used while walking or outside. Many students come for the materials and stay for the community.

Does it matter what time-zone I’m in?

Weekly live calls with Jonny happen on Fridays at 10am PST, and attendance is optional. Recordings and async Q&A are shared, so students in Australian or Asian time zones can still get the full experience.

What is the weekly time commitment required for the course?

For the live cohort, set aside a minimum of 2.5 hours per week for five weeks. That includes 45 minutes of theory and workbook exercises, 45 minutes of protocol practice, and 60 minutes for the Friday live session. You can also add small-group practice sessions and guest masterclasses if you want a deeper immersion.

Is there a refund policy?

Yes. If you decide within the first week that Nervous System Mastery didn’t deliver on its promise, you can request a full refund with no questions asked.

I’m experiencing anxiety and/or panic attacks, will this course help?

Yes. A core part of the training is building enough interoceptive awareness to notice upstream cues before panic escalates. Emotional fluidity practices also help address the repressed emotional material that often sits underneath chronic anxiety patterns.

Can I get the enrollment fee reimbursed?

Yes. A meaningful number of students receive partial or full reimbursement through work, personal development budgets, or health spending support. The team provides a reimbursement template to make the approval process simple.
