Can I return my product?

1. Returning goods if they are faulty: Our goods may come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You may be entitled to have the goods replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality, or you may be entitled, at our discretion, to a refund. If you think that the goods you received are unsatisfactory, please contact our Customer Support Team. 2. Returns generally: You are responsible for the cost of returning goods to us. Products returned are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse.

Can I return an item for an exchange?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer an exchange program here at Nuts About Life.

Have you received my returned goods?

If goods have been returned and passed our inspections, we will process your return within 1 working day of receiving it. You will receive a confirmation email notifying you of this. If you haven't received an email within 10 working days, please contact our customer care team.

How do I use my discount/promo code?

To use your discount/promo code, enter it in the 'Have a coupon code? Enter it here' section within 'Your Cart'. You must enter the code before you check out as it cannot be applied later.

Are your products organic?

Yes, all our organic products are 100% Australian Certified Organic and/or USDA certified.

Are your products gluten-free?

No, while many of our products are gluten-free, we are not officially certified as gluten-free. There is a possibility of cross-contamination as we pack all products by hand using the same equipment.
