How can I transfer my prescription to Optimum Pharmacy?

Our “ Prescription Transfer page ” will guide you to a Transfer Request Form that you can fill out. it will come right to us and we will handle it from there. Alternatively, you can give us a call any time and let us know what you would like transferred and from where, and we will take it from there!

Can the pharmacist authorize a refill for me?

If you require a refill on an existing chronic medication, your pharmacist can extend your prescription for you so that you do not miss any doses while you wait for the renewal from your doctor. If the prescription you require a refill on is a narcotic drug you will need to reach out directly to your prescribing doctor.

How do I get my annual tax receipt?

You can download a copy of your Tax Receipt through your PharmaConnect app. Also, any time you can request your tax receipt from us for any given year, all you need to do is request it and we can have it ready in minutes!

Is my spouse able to pick up my medication for me? Can I pick up my mother’s medication for her?

Yes, if you let us know, giving us permission to release it to your spouse, they can pick it up for you. It is important to note, if the prescription is for a narcotic drug, we will need a piece of their identification to add to your file as a documentation that they are acting as your agent. If your mother requires you to pick up her medication for her and she gives her permission, that is fine too! How will I know when my prescription is ready?

If we have a cellphone number on your profile, we can set you up with texts directly to your phone to let you know when your prescription is ready, email notifications are an option as well.

Do I have access to my profile?

Yes, you will have access to your profile on your PharmaConnect app. You will be able to update all of your own personal information as well as upload new prescriptions to your profile!

Can I order my refills online without a PharmaConnect account?

Yes, you can go to the “Prescription” section of our website and submit a refill request that will come directly to our system.

How do I get the barcode to sign up to PharmaConnect?

We will generate a barcode for you here at the pharmacy that will allow you to link your PharmaConnect account to Optimum Pharmacy
