How does 9D actually work?

As you breathe, your brain shifts into alpha and theta states, unlocking the subconscious where belief patterns and emotional blocks live. Meanwhile, your body releases stored tension. Your baseline resets. Clarity returns.

I've never done breathwork before — is that a problem?

Absolutely not. You'll be fully guided through the entire process. Walk in with zero expectations, let yourself go, and you'll have an amazing experience. Most people in my sessions are first-timers.

Is this all woo-woo and incense?

Nah. We don't do crystals and cosmic downloads (unless that's your vibe). This is structured, science-backed, nervous system-targeting breathwork that hits where it matters: your body, your mind, your subconscious.

Is breathwork really for everyone?

Nothing is ever for everyone — there are people out there who don't even like pancakes. But over 100,000 breathers across 50+ countries say it's the most powerful thing they've ever experienced. So, not for everyone… just the ones ready to feel something real.

What should I wear?

Comfort is the key. Wear whatever makes you feel most relaxed and at ease — loose clothing is ideal so your breath isn't restricted.

What do I need to bring?

I supply everything you need for your journey — mats, cushions, eye masks, headphones. I'd recommend bringing a water bottle for after the session, as you'll often feel thirsty afterwards.

Can I attend if I'm pregnant?

Unfortunately not — these sessions aren't suitable during pregnancy. If you're keen to experience breathwork another way, please reach out and I can suggest gentler alternatives.

I have a pre-existing medical condition — can I still attend?

The breathing techniques can often be modified for people with pre-existing conditions, but it's best to consult your doctor beforehand and get their approval first. If you're unsure, please reach out and we can chat about it.
