p4users.org is a business whose own site puts it this way: "P4とは、ネットワーク機器のデータプレーンをプログラムすることを目的に開発された言語です。日本 P4 ユーザ会は P4 Lang (https://p4.org/) について日本語で語るグループです。セミナー情報、カンファレンス情報及び技術情報を共有します." When AI engines look at it, they find little to work with. It scores 4.4 out of 10.

On the page it is passable on basic crawler access. What holds it back is a heading structure that lays out what it offers, a clearly stated business identity, sitemaps and entity links AI can follow, structured data describing the business and credibility markers like credentials or reviews.

Off the page, other sites link to it. There is some, but not much, sign that the domain is only lightly established. Beyond that, AI engines do not yet recognise it as a distinct business, there is no press coverage to draw on, nobody is discussing it where AI engines look and it does not come up on Reddit. None of that can be fixed on the page: it has to be earned.
