What types of packaging does Pakko offer?

We offer a comprehensive range of Australian-made cardboard packaging including mailing boxes, mailer boxes, shipping cartons, candle boxes, cake boxes, business card boxes, pillow boxes, box and lid sets, trays, sleeves, and more. All products are available as stock sizes ready to buy, or as fully custom-printed packaging designed to your specifications. Can I design my own packaging online?

Yes. Our free Interactive Design Platform (IDP) lets you design and visualise your packaging entirely online. Enter your dimensions, select your material and finish, upload your artwork, and rotate a live 3D model of your box before you commit to anything. Pricing is calculated in real time as you configure your order, so you always know the cost upfront. No design experience or software is required - the IDP is built for business owners, not just designers.

What is your turnaround time?

Our standard production turnaround is 10-12 working days from artwork approval. This covers printing, cutting, and quality inspection at our Brisbane factory. Fast-track production is available if you have a tighter deadline - contact our team before placing your order to confirm availability. Once dispatched, metropolitan deliveries typically arrive within 2–5 business days, and regional or rural areas within 3–7 business days.

Is Pakko’s packaging eco-friendly?

Yes. All our corrugated cardboard packaging is made from sustainably sourced, FSC-certified materials. Corrugated cardboard is one of the most widely recycled materials in Australia and can be reused multiple times before disposal. We are an APCO member and align with the 2025 National Packaging Targets. Choosing cardboard packaging over plastic alternatives is one of the simplest ways businesses can reduce their environmental impact without compromising on protection or presentation.

Do you offer short-run packaging?

Yes. We support short-run and small-batch orders using digital printing, which makes custom packaging accessible for startups, small businesses, and product launches where large minimum quantities aren’t practical. Digital printing delivers sharp, full-colour results without the setup costs associated with traditional offset printing, making it a cost-effective option for runs as small as a single box.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

No. There are no minimum order quantities at Pakko. You can order a single box or tens of thousands - pricing scales with volume, so larger orders benefit from lower per-unit costs, but you are never locked into a minimum run. This makes us a practical choice for businesses at every stage, from early-stage startups testing packaging concepts to established retailers managing high-volume fulfilment.

Do you deliver outside major cities?

Yes, we deliver packaging Australia-wide including to regional and rural areas. All orders are shipped via trusted Australian carriers directly from our Brisbane factory. There is no international freight involved, which means no customs clearance delays, no currency conversion, and no unexpected import charges. If you need deliveries split across multiple locations - such as warehouses, retail stores, or fulfilment centres - our team can coordinate that for you.

Can I order samples before committing to a full run?

Yes. Samples are available on request, and we strongly recommend ordering a sample if you are new to a box style or size. A physical sample lets you check dimensions, material weight, and structural integrity before placing a larger order.
