Where does the data come from?

All data is sourced from Panama's Registro Público (public property registry). Sale prices, mortgage records, liens, and ownership transfers are all public record. Panacomps structures and presents this data in a clean, searchable dashboard.

How does Pro Access billing work? Can I cancel?

Pro Access is offered on a 6-month plan ($199/mo, billed $1,194 per term) or an annual plan ($1,990/yr — 2 months free). There is no month-to-month option. Your plan renews at the end of each term, and you can turn off renewal anytime — access continues through the end of the term you've paid for.

How often is the data updated?

Data is sourced from Panama's Registro Público, which updates on its own schedule. On the Single Building Report and Pro Access, building data is refreshed every 30 days. On the preview, sample buildings refresh every 60 days.
