Can we just walk in without a booking?

You’re always welcome to stop by, but we strongly recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred room and time slot. Walk-ins are subject to availability.

Can teenagers play? I’m 15 – is that okay?

Absolutely! Players aged 15 and above are welcome. Some rooms may have age recommendations, so check with our team when booking.

Can I use my phone or flashlight inside the room?

For safety and gameplay reasons, personal lighting devices and phones are not allowed inside the game rooms. Some rooms include lighting as part of the puzzle. We’ll provide you with everything you need — including flashlights if required.

I made a booking but can’t come. What should I do?

We get it — plans can change. Please notify us at least 3 business days in advance so we can reschedule or cancel your booking without penalties.

I have a medical condition — is it safe to play?

Your well-being is our priority. If you have conditions such as severe heart issues, epilepsy, claustrophobia, a pacemaker, or are pregnant — please consult with us before booking. Some games may not be suitable, and we reserve the right to restrict participation for safety reasons.

What if I get scared or need to exit the game?

Your safety comes first. All rooms have emergency exits, and you may leave at any time. Our game masters monitor each session and will assist you if needed.

How do you prevent cheating inside the rooms?

All rooms are monitored via cameras for your safety and game integrity. Use of unauthorized devices or external tools will result in immediate termination of the game without a refund.
