Pick My Postcode describes itself simply: "The UK’s FREE Daily postcode lottery. No cost, no spam, no catch. Just register your postcode to enter into multiple daily cash draws. It’s simple, safe and good fun!." To AI engines like ChatGPT and Perplexity it is partially visible, scoring 6.9 out of 10, readable in places and missing in others.
On the page itself the strengths are clear: a clear heading structure, crawler access and the files AI engines look for and sitemaps and entity links AI can follow. It is passable on some structured data, a partly stated business identity and a few credibility markers.
Away from its own site, other sites link to it and it comes up on Reddit. There is some, but not much, sign that the domain is only lightly established. Beyond that, AI engines do not yet recognise it as a distinct business, there is no press coverage to draw on and nobody is discussing it where AI engines look. Those are earned elsewhere on the web, not fixed on the site itself.
AI crawlers have visited 2 times in our tracking, including ClaudeBot (Anthropic). It does link out to several social profiles, which helps engines tie the brand together.

Your AEO score measures whether AI search engines - ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini - can actually read your site and cite it in answers. Roughly two-thirds of sites are invisible to them. At 6.9/10, Pick My Postcode has a working base to build on - fixable, and the signals above are where to start.
What is PMP Competitions?
PMP Competitions is a brand-new platform offering free prize draws and instant win competitions every day. The competitions are run on our behalf by DMRi, which means they operate on a separate website from Pick My Postcode. Because of this, you’ll need to create a separate registration in order to enter the competitions.
Ways to Win?
There are two types of competition on site: Prize Draws and Instant Wins. For ‘Prize Draw Competitions’, you must successfully select the correct answer to the question from the multiple-choice answers given. Should you select the correct answer you will automatically have gained one entry into the prize draw from which winners will be randomly selected from all of the correct entries into that particular prize draw.
How Many Times Can I Enter?
Every competition can be entered once per day, giving you a fresh chance to win every 24 hours. Thus, you can come back and enter again each day while a competition is live to increase your chances of winning. You can also get additional entries by sharing on social media, email or just by sending the link to a friend.
Have More Questions?
You can join our new Facebook Group – Pick My Postcode Competitions. Once you’ve joined you can ask questions that we or other PMPers can answer! We’ll also keep that updated with exciting new competitions. If you have more questions about how PMP Competitions works, you can read their rules of play, FAQs or send questions in via their contact form.
