Anyone can create games on our platform. Simply sign up for an account and follow our easy game creation process.

How do I find games near me?

Use our location-based search feature to discover games in your area. You can filter by distance, game type, and availability.

What if not enough players join my game?

If your game doesn't reach the minimum player count, you can either wait longer or delete the game entirely.

Can I choose who joins my game?

Yes, as a game creator you have control over who can stay in your game. You can kick players and view everyone who joined.

How do I pay to join a game?

You can pay securely using our payment gateway, which supports credit/debit cards, Alipay, and WeChat Pay. All payments are processed in HKD and held securely until the game occurs.

What happens if the host cancels the game?

If the host cancels a game, you'll receive a full refund of the fee you paid. The host will be fined based on the number of participants who joined to compensate for the inconvenience.

Can I cancel my registration for a game?

Yes, you can cancel your registration. Refunds depend on how close to the game time you cancel: 48+ hours before the game: Full refund. 24–48 hours before the game: 50% refund. Within 24 hours of the game: No refund. Service fees are non-refundable.

Will I get a receipt for my payment?

Yes, a receipt will be emailed to you immediately after payment. You can also view your payment history in the app under 'Transactions.'
