What is a head table ticket?

This premium option allows you to purchase a table for 8 which includes all General Admission amenities plus preferred seating location, invitation to exclusive VIP pre-event reception (details to follow), program recognition, and a contribution supporting the Society's Planetary Fund.

How do I get to the Queen Mary?

Is there on-site event parking available?

Yes - if you are only attending the Gala, your event parking is included in your event tickets. If you are staying overnight, please refer to your hotel registration process for information.

Is lodging available?

Yes, and you are responsible for arranging your lodging. A limited block of rooms is available on board the Queen Mary as an additional ticket option. We also recommend the Residence Inn Long Beach and Hotel Maya, which are nearby.

How do I make sure I'm seated with my group?

If you've purchased a head table ticket or are a guest at a head table, you'll receive your table assignment beforehand. The dinner will be open seating for all other guests, so you and your group can find a table together and seat yourselves.

I have dietary restrictions, what are my options?

When you purchase your ticket, you may indicate your dietary restriction(s). Upon registration, we'll provide you with your entree selection ticket. Once seated for dinner, you'll provide your ticket to the waitstaff. You may not change your order the day of the event.

Are tickets refundable?

Is there a dress code?
