What is Plazaro?

Plazaro is a Czech online reservation and reception system for complete management of accommodation facilities (hotels, guesthouses, apartments, hostels, cabins and cottages, campsites, hotel schools, travel agencies, dormitories). The system has been operating since 2012. It manages 130+ accommodation facilities in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and elsewhere in Europe. The system features a unique payment model that is more advantageous for operators compared to traditional billing methods.

Can I try Plazaro for free?

Yes. Plazaro can be tried for free during the first month after registration — either for internal testing or for live operation. After the first month, the system will automatically request payment by topping up credit, which is deducted in monthly intervals.

How much does Plazaro cost per month?

We don't charge fixed monthly fees. From the prepaid credit, a monthly amount is deducted based on current price list rates, actual occupancy of the accommodation facility and optional modules used (some are free, some are paid). You can calculate the price in the predictive calculator.

What types of accommodation is Plazaro suitable for?

The system is designed primarily for hotels, guesthouses, apartments, hostels, cabins and cottages, or dormitories. It can also be used for campsites. Hotel schools can get Plazaro for free for educational purposes. Travel agencies can also find their use in the system.

Which booking portals does Plazaro support?

Thanks to the channel manager, you can connect dozens of international portals such as Booking, Airbnb, Hotels.com, Expedia and more. You can also connect to Slevomat. And with iCal synchronization, you can connect smaller Czech portals as well.

Can Plazaro be integrated with POHODA?

Yes. Documents can be exported directly to the POHODA accounting system. Other systems can be integrated as well. Alternatively, you can use the ISDOC export format.

Does Plazaro work for small accommodation facilities?

Yes. Thanks to our unique payment model, Plazaro is cost-effective even for small accommodation facilities.

Is there a mobile app?

Yes. A mobile app is available for iOS and Android platforms. The app primarily serves managerial needs, but it also includes features like Mobile check-in and Scan ID, which are used at the reception (if these features are enabled in the system). We recommend using the complete system, which is responsive (adapted for small screens), in a browser on mobile devices.
