What if I miss a check-in?

If you miss a check-in, we'll send you reminder notifications. Only after multiple missed check-ins over an extended period will we begin the notification process to your designated nominees. You can always resume check-ins to pause the notification sequence.

How secure is my data?

We use bank-level 256-bit encryption to protect all your data. Your information is stored in secure, geographically distributed data centers with multiple layers of security. We are SOC 2 Type II aligned and undergo regular security reviews.

What can nominees see?

Nominees can only see the information you specifically designate for them, and only after the notification process is triggered. You have complete control over what each nominee can access. They receive no information about your account until the system determines you may need assistance.

Does Proof of Life share my information with third parties?

No! We do not sell or share user data with third-party marketers. All sensitive information is encrypted using AES-256 encryption—the industry standard used by banks and governments. You have the right to access, modify, or delete your data under global privacy laws including GDPR.
