PolyNest runs pattern design, grading, marker making, and DXF imports for the cutting floor. You can buy either on its own, or run them together for a fully connected design-to-shipment workflow.

3. Our PLM and ERP are separate systems. How does PolyPM fix the re-entry problem?

When PLM and ERP run on separate systems, every BOM change has to be manually re-entered across costing, purchasing, planning, and production. For high-variation programs like teamwear, uniforms, or licensed apparel, that re-entry never stops. PolyPM runs PLM and ERP on a single database. A BOM change updates costing, purchasing, planning, and production automatically. No manual sync. No version drift. One source of truth.

4. We screen print and embroider in-house. Can PolyPM handle decoration as production?

Yes. PolyPM treats decoration as native manufacturing, not outsourced work. Screen print press routing, embroidery, sublimation, artwork workflow, multi-location print tracking, and press resource scheduling all sit inside the same production schedule as cutting and sewing. The embroidery machine, the screen print press, the cutting table, and the sewing line appear on one plan. No second system. No reconciliation between platforms like ShopWorks or Printavo.

5. We can't see WIP at the bundle level. How does PolyPM track production in real time?

PolyPM tracks every operation, every bundle, every operator, every handoff, every subcontractor, and every delay at the bundle level.
