How Will my Clients be Handled if I Outsource to Posh Workbytes?

Your clients are always our top priority. We will have a disclaimer in place. Our staff will never contact your clients directly unless instructed as part of a special agreement. This agreement could include contacting on your behalf in any other sort of communication required.

Is the Staff Trained to do Processing Work?

We're ready to take on any task you throw at us, and we'll do it with style. Our staff has gone through an intensive training program for 6-8 weeks before they are able to become the champion your team needs! They know how important communication in English is so that's no problem here either. As an added bonus? You get professional managers guiding each one along his/her journey towards success...and there will always be somebody available should anything be needed.

How Can I Pay to Get Services from Posh Workbytes?

We will send you an invoice at the end of every month and payments need to be done before the 10th of the following month. You can transfer through BPAY, details to which will be attached in the generated invoice.

What if I Want to Make Modifications to Our Existing Package?

At Posh Workbytes, we want to make sure you have the best possible experience. That's why we have account managers who are dedicated to helping you succeed.
