What platforms does Posteady support?

Posteady currently supports X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and Threads. We're planning to add more integrations soon, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Bluesky, Pinterest, and more.

Can I manage multiple clients in one account?

Yes. Create a separate workspace for each client to keep social accounts, drafts, scheduling, analytics, and billing fully isolated. You can move connected accounts between workspaces within the same organization anytime, without losing data.

Can I give my team and clients role-based access?

Yes. Give team members role-based permissions (Owner, Manager, Member, Viewer), and invite external clients with a dedicated Client role for limited, view-focused access. The Client role automatically hides billing, member management, and credits, so clients see results without your internal operations.

Do I need to share my social media passwords with you?

No, we never ask for or store your passwords directly. We use official authentication methods provided by each social platform, which means you log in securely through their official login pages. After initial connection, you don't need to log in again.

Can I disconnect my accounts anytime?

Absolutely. You can disconnect linked accounts at any time. When you disconnect an account, all Posteady internal data related to that account is deleted immediately.

Is my data securely protected?

Security is our top priority. Your data is encrypted, access tokens are stored securely, and we never share your information with third parties.

Will my posts get less reach using Posteady?

Not at all. Posteady uses each platform's official APIs, so your posts are published natively. In fact, consistent scheduling can help improve reach by signaling regular activity to the algorithm.

Do unused credits roll over to the next month?

No. Unused credits do not roll over to the next month — they expire at the end of each billing cycle. Credits work as a monthly usage allowance for AI features and are refreshed on your billing date each month. If you run out, you can purchase additional credits at any time.
