What is your billing policy regarding insurance, Medicare, and TriCare?

To ensure the highest level of privacy and freedom from insurance-mandated session limits, our practice generally operates out-of-network with most insurance companies. Upon request, we can submit claims directly to almost all insurance companies as a courtesy so you can seamlessly utilize out-of-network benefits, though we cannot submit claims to Medicaid or AHCCCS. Our Licensed Professional Counselor explicitly accepts Traditional Medicare (and can submit to secondary insurance), and we can 'balance bill' TriCare West insurance by charging the difference between our rate and TriCare’s reimbu
