AI Visibility Scorecard
ptcryan.com · Technology
Borderline visible. AI bots can crawl CP/M Due Project, but the structured-data signals are thin - you are at real risk of being skipped when buyers ask ChatGPT, Claude, or Perplexity for a recommendation.

CP/M Due Project is a business whose own site puts it this way: "It uses a Z80 emulator, and runs on an Arduino Due." When AI engines look at it, they find little to work with. It scores 3.7 out of 10.
On its own pages the site does well on a clear heading structure. It is passable on partial sitemap and link coverage. What holds it back is a clearly stated business identity, credibility markers like credentials or reviews, the technical files AI engines look for, such as llms.txt or an open robots.txt and structured data describing the business.
Off the page, almost no other sites link to it, the domain does not yet read as established, AI engines do not yet recognise it as a distinct business, there is no press coverage to draw on, nobody is discussing it where AI engines look and it does not come up on Reddit. None of that can be fixed on the page: it has to be earned.
The site links to no social profiles, so there is nothing tying the brand to a wider presence.

Your AEO score measures whether AI search engines - ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini - can actually read your site and cite it in answers. Roughly two-thirds of sites are invisible to them. At 3.7/10, CP/M Due Project is crawlable but under-signaled - fixable, and the signals above are where to start.
How to create disk images?
Creating the disk images is a little tricky. Here's how I did it with OS X. OS X Use the instructions in the 'readme.txt' file to create the CP/M image on an SD Card. It uses some Terminal commands so you'll have be be comfortable with doing that. If you don't have cpmtools already installed you can easily get them using Homebrew. Once you have that just type: $ brew install cpmtools Be warned!
