Which destinations does Quicktion support?

Notion, Google Sheets, Airtable, Linear, and Trello. Each destination gets its own forwarding address and configuration. You can connect multiple accounts and create as many destinations as you need on the Pro plan.

How does email forwarding work?

When you create a destination, you get a unique email address like [email protected]. Any email sent to that address is automatically saved to your connected tool. Forward manually, or set up auto-forwarding rules in your email client to make it fully automatic.

Which email clients are supported?

Any client that can forward email: Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, Spark, Yahoo Mail, Thunderbird, and all mobile email apps. Gmail users also get a dedicated add-on for one-click saving right from the inbox. See the Gmail to Notion integration guide for the four ways to connect them.

How are email fields mapped?

Quicktion reads your database schema and automatically matches email fields (subject, body, date, sender, attachments) to the right properties or columns. You can override any mapping, but most users never need to.

Does Quicktion use AI?

Yes. Pro users can enable AI Email Intelligence on any destination to summarize email bodies and extract structured data into Notion properties, Airtable fields, Linear labels, Google Sheets columns, or Trello custom fields. Write a plain-English prompt once and every email that lands gets parsed automatically.

Are my emails and data secure?

Yes. Integration tokens are encrypted at rest with AES. We only access email content to save it. Nothing is stored beyond what's needed for processing. Raw emails are deleted after 30 days (free) or 90 days (Pro).

What happens if I hit my monthly email limit?

On the free plan (25 emails/month), additional emails are held until the next cycle. You'll get a notification with your reset date and an upgrade option. Only successful saves count, so failed saves and retries are free.

Can I connect multiple accounts?

Yes. Connect as many workspaces and accounts as you need. Each destination routes to a specific database, spreadsheet, or board, even across different accounts.
