How do I write a review?

Create a free account, find the business you want to review (or add it if it is not listed yet), and share your experience. Rate the business from 1 to 5 stars and write a detailed, honest review. The more specific and factual your review, the more helpful it will be for others.

Can businesses pay to remove negative reviews?

Absolutely not. No business can pay to have reviews removed, hidden, or pushed down in the results. Reviews are only removed if they violate our Community Guidelines — for example, if they contain hate speech, threats, personal information, or are demonstrably fake. Our moderation process is transparent and applies equally to all businesses.

How are business ratings calculated?

Business ratings are calculated as a simple, transparent average of all verified user reviews. We do not apply secret weighting algorithms and we do not adjust scores based on any business relationship. What you see is the genuine average of what real people have reported.
