Endex, Shortcut, and Copilot are Excel AI tools that happen to work in finance. RealQuant is a CRE underwriting tool that happens to live in Excel. It understands rent rolls, T-12s, and offering memorandums out of the box, maps to proprietary templates, and cites every value back to its source.

Does RealQuant work with proprietary Excel templates?

Yes. Map your model layout once and that mapping persists across deals and template versions. Your formulas are never modified.

What versions of Excel does RealQuant support?

Microsoft Excel for Desktop (Windows and Mac) and Excel for the web. Requires Microsoft 365.

Is my data safe with RealQuant?

Your account data is logically isolated with strict access controls, and your documents are stored in private, account-scoped storage. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Your raw documents and proprietary models are never used to train public AI models.

How much does RealQuant cost?
