Which HubSpot plans does RevTrace work with?

RevTrace works with all HubSpot plans — Free, Starter, Professional, and Enterprise. We use HubSpot's standard OAuth API, so any portal with API access is compatible.

Is my HubSpot data safe?

Yes. RevTrace uses read-only API access — we never write to or modify your HubSpot portal. No raw CRM records (contacts, deals, companies) are ever stored. We only save aggregated, anonymized audit findings. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest.

Can I cancel anytime?

Absolutely. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period. No cancellation fees, no questions asked.

What does 'read-only access' mean?

When you connect your HubSpot portal, you grant RevTrace permission to read your data for analysis. We cannot create, update, or delete any records in your portal. Your HubSpot data stays exactly as it is.

How long does an audit take?

How much does RevTrace cost?

RevTrace has four tiers: Free ($0), Pro ($79/month), Business ($149/month), and Agency ($199/month). The Business and Agency tiers include AI-powered analysis. Annual billing offers a 20% discount.

Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?

Yes. You can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time from your billing settings. When switching to annual, you'll receive the 20% discount immediately. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
