What is Rinkta?

Rinkta is an AI that turns completed work into invoices. It plugs into your work tools (Asana, GitHub, Linear, ClickUp, Slack, Basecamp), captures tasks as they get done, and estimates the time and price automatically. Everything appears in your dashboard without you lifting a finger. When you're ready to bill, select the entries you want to include, click generate, and the invoice comes out with the right client rates, currencies, and tax details already applied. No time tracking, no end-of-month reconstruction.

Does Rinkta replace my project management tool?

No. Rinkta sits underneath whatever you already use — Asana, ClickUp, GitHub, Linear, Basecamp, Notion, Trello — and captures completed tasks in the background. Your team keeps their workflow exactly the same; Rinkta just handles the business layer (capturing billable work, estimating hours, drafting invoices) that PM tools were never built for.

How does the time estimation work — and what if it's wrong?

Rinkta analyzes task descriptions, learns from your team's work patterns, and uses industry benchmarks to estimate hours. The more you use it, the smarter it gets about your specific workflow. You can review and adjust every entry before invoicing — you're always in control of what gets billed.

Do I need to train my team on new software?

No team training required. Rinkta connects to your project tools through OAuth and runs in the background — your designers stay in Asana, developers stay in GitHub or Linear, ops stays in ClickUp. The only person who needs to learn the Rinkta UI is whoever does the monthly invoicing, and that takes about ten minutes the first time.

How long does setup take?

About as long as a coffee break. Connect your tools, set your rates, add your clients, done. No multi-week onboarding, no "implementation specialist" calls — just plug in and work.

Is my data secure?

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). Primary databases run in EU data centers with geo-redundant backups. Rinkta is GDPR-compliant and we sign a Data Processing Addendum (DPA) on request within one business day. Full security details are at /security; we follow SOC 2 controls but aren't yet certified.
