During the payment process, you can choose from multiple flexible payment methods offered by Riverty. These include the option to pay in 14 or 30 days, split an amount in 3 payments, use a fixed installment plan, or pay directly via direct debit. With Riverty, every solution is secure and designed for your convenient shopping experience.

Is Riverty safe to use?

Yes, you can. The Riverty App is your key to flexible payments, keeping you up to date with payment reminders directly on your smartphone. In our App, you can keep track of all your online purchases, modify your shopping payments, pause a payment to give yourself more time and manage returns easily on the go. If you’ve received a letter from Riverty Back in Flow, you can split your outstanding payments into installments, too. You can do so by logging into the Riverty Back in Flow self-service portal or downloading the Riverty Back in Flow App available in Germany.

What happens if I miss a payment?

If you miss a payment, we will notify you with a reminder, and you can adjust your payment plan in the Riverty App or contact our customer support for further assistance. Riverty has your back with its personalized, fair, and transparent dispute management.

Can I set up an installment plan to pay my invoice over time?

Yes! Riverty offers installment options for eligible purchases. You can check available flexible payment plans and set up a repayment schedule that works best for you.
