The Science of Social Problems is a business whose own site puts it this way: "A science-based investigation into the problems of society and what we can do to make them better." To AI engines like ChatGPT and Perplexity it is partially visible, scoring 6.0 out of 10, readable in places and missing in others.
On the page itself the strengths are clear: a clear heading structure, visible credibility markers and sitemaps and entity links AI can follow. It is passable on basic crawler access. What holds it back is a clearly stated business identity and structured data describing the business.
Away from its own site, other sites link to it. There is some, but not much, sign that the domain is only lightly established. Beyond that, AI engines do not yet recognise it as a distinct business, there is no press coverage to draw on, nobody is discussing it where AI engines look and it does not come up on Reddit. Those are earned elsewhere on the web, not fixed on the site itself.
AI crawlers have visited once in our tracking, including ClaudeBot (Anthropic).

Your AEO score measures whether AI search engines - ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini - can actually read your site and cite it in answers. Roughly two-thirds of sites are invisible to them. At 6/10, The Science of Social Problems has a working base to build on - fixable, and the signals above are where to start.
Which party’s policies are associated with health and well-being?
At time of writing, we are in our third year of a global pandemic which has killed 6.3 million worldwide and 1 million in the US alone. This situation provided an important test case of how different policy approaches resulted in different outcomes. One difference between the two parties during the pandemic was how they responded to public health guidance.
So, what story is there to tell with all of these data?
Let’s take a look at a simple correlation table among the variables we are using to relate to media distrust. Many of the relations make sense. For example, support for free-speech correlates well with personal freedom and more press freedom (remember low free_press = more freedom).
Curses aren’t real, so why is this happening?
As with the “easy” problems, the “hard” problems are well-understood and the solutions are readily available. However, politicization of these issues adds a deep layer of intractability to these problems. In part, politicization is to be expected because there are extremely influential vested interests in environmental and economic issues.
