AI Visibility Scorecard
secretsfactory.com · Media & Entertainment
Borderline visible. AI bots can crawl Secrets Factory, but the structured-data signals are thin - you are at real risk of being skipped when buyers ask ChatGPT, Claude, or Perplexity for a recommendation.

from our crawl and measurement
Secrets Factory describes itself simply: "Starting with game days and nights and proceeding to many other parties and events." When AI engines look at it, they find little to work with. It scores 3.5 out of 10.
Our crawl found a readable heading structure. It is missing structured data describing the business, an llms.txt file and a sitemap.
AI crawlers have visited once in our tracking, including ClaudeBot (Anthropic).

Your AEO score measures whether AI search engines - ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini - can actually read your site and cite it in answers. Roughly two-thirds of sites are invisible to them. At 3.5/10, Secrets Factory is crawlable but under-signaled - fixable, and the signals above are where to start.
No really! How did Secrets Factory start?
This really is a story for another day, but it started in July of 2011. Yes. A really long time ago now. But some of our attendees have evidence of that first year in their possession. Our first event was a pre-event to help people finish their crafting and cosplays for DragonCon. We catered a ton of pulled-pork BBQ and in attendance were 5 excellent crafts people with beautiful costumes near completion.
What goes on at a Game Day?
You may be asking "Why Board Games?" but let me speak to how we hold board game days. We have tried a lot of different formats over the years. But most of the time, we have been guests in another venue rather at our own home venue. As a result, we have to work within the timeframe that the hosting venue provides. Because time is precious, and traffic is unpredictable we tend to structure the start a little.
