Can the system partition be safely erased with Secure Eraser?

Yes. The system partition is hidden in the "Drive/partition deletion" menu because it cannot be deleted during operation. However, if you proceed as follows, you can still clean up your system safely: Reset your Windows 10 to the factory state: Go to "Start" > "Settings" > "Updates & Security" and click "Recovery". After the deletion process, Secure Eraser reports that several files could not be deleted from the recycle bin, even though it is empty. Why?

The error messages refer to hidden or "orphaned" files in the Recycle Bin that are not visible to the user but still technically exist in the Recycle Bin directory ("$Recycle.Bin"). Causes for these invisible files: 1. Aborted deletion operations: When a Recycle Bin deletion process was interrupted (e.g., due to a system crash, power outage, or manual cancellation), the index entries and file fragments remain 2.
