What makes SoloCoach different?

SoloCoach is volleyball-first: a searchable drill library, practice plans with automatic total duration, and a live run mode that walks you through one drill at a time with countdowns and a session summary — so your plan stays useful for the whole practice, not just on a whiteboard.

Is there a free version of SoloCoach?

Joining the early access waitlist is free. SoloCoach is built to be free to use at launch on iOS and Android; details are shared when you get access.

How does SoloCoach work?

Build your drill library (starter drills included), arrange a practice with times and sections, then open the plan at the gym and tap Start to run it drill by drill with timers and notes. You can duplicate last week's plan instead of starting from scratch.
