Does Sovy send emails instead of SES?

No. Sovy does not replace Amazon SES. It enhances how your team manages and controls templates within SES.

Do we need to change our sending code?

No. No changes required to your sending pipeline.

How does Sovy access our AWS account?

Sovy integrates using role-based access and scoped IAM permissions. Access is limited to SES template management and does not affect email delivery.

What permissions are required?

Sovy requires access limited to SES template management and related configuration APIs. No broader AWS access is needed.

Does Sovy store our email content?

No. Sovy manages template configuration only. Email sending and message content remain inside your Amazon SES environment.

Can we revoke access at any time?

Yes. Access can be revoked directly in your AWS account.

What happens if we stop using Sovy?

Your templates remain in Amazon SES. There is no lock-in to Sovy for email delivery.

Can we separate staging and production environments?

Yes. Sovy allows structured management across multiple AWS accounts or environments.
