Do we offer membership options?

Yes! We offer an Unlimited Bathing & Brush Membership with monthly pricing, giving you access to regular spa treatments and other perks that help keep your dog clean, healthy, and fresh.

What is our approach to safety?

Your dog's safety is our priority. Our staff is fully trained to ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment during the grooming process, so you can rest assured your pet is in good hands.

What if my dog had a bad haircut elsewhere?

We offer a “Cute Cut” guarantee. If you're not happy with a previous grooming, we will fix it for you at no additional cost.

Do we require vaccinations?

Yes, we require proof of current rabies vaccination (and other required records) before performing any services. This ensures the safety of all pets in our care.

Are there any forms required before grooming?

Yes, we ask clients to sign liability waivers, and pets over a certain age may require an additional waiver before their first grooming appointment.
