What is a “drop”?

Occasionally, we have what is often referred to as a “stock drop”, “inventory drop”, or simply a "drop". This is when we upload pre-made ready to ship items to our shop for you to purchase, where you'll receive the exact toy pictured in the listing! Drops are announced ahead of time on our social media, as well as on the front page of our site!

What is the wait time on custom orders?

The turnaround time for most of our custom orders is 7-14 days! Every single piece is poured, demolded, trimmed and washed by hand – we do our best to get them to you as soon as we possibly can without sacrificing any quality through this process.

Does Squidly Co. offer combined shipping?

We are happy to combine orders! We do ask that you immediately reach out via contact us and let us know that you have multiple pending orders, as we may not always see that orders not placed immediately back to back are to the same person/address (thought we do pay particular attention to same name Orders during drops.) Any shipping overages for the combined shipping will be refunded upon shipment.

Does Squidly Co. ship Internationally?

Yes, we ship items worldwide! International Shipping can vary from 1-3 weeks – potentially longer during the holiday season. Please plan accordingly and be patient – you’ll hear from your own customs office when your package is ready for delivery! Squidly Co is not responsible for any duties or customs fees, and we will NOT change prices on customs forms or ship items as a “gift” to avoid paying customs fees.

How do I choose a size & firmness?

This is going to heavily depend on your own experiences and comfort. If you’re new to fantasy toys, we recommend starting with a smaller and thinner toy in a soft or medium firmness. If you're new to textured toys, or looking to try out something bigger for the first time, a softer firmness will be the most gentle option.
