How fast is a new cloud server online?

Usually about a minute after you order it in the console. Pick a plan and an operating system, and the server boots with your SSH key already in place.

Which operating systems can I run?

The usual Linux suspects — Debian, Ubuntu, Rocky and friends — installable and reinstallable from the console at any time.

How does dedicated hosting work?

Tell us what you need — cores, memory, storage, bandwidth — and we quote a monthly price, normally within one business day. Once racked, the machine shows up in your console next to your cloud servers, on the same private network.

What are security groups?

Named sets of firewall rules you attach to servers. They're enforced by the host, below your operating system, so they keep working even if a machine is misconfigured or compromised. Change a group once and every server using it follows.

How am I billed?

Monthly, by invoice from the console. Plans are flat-rate — the price on this page is the price on the invoice. We're crypto first: invoices can be paid with USDC on Ethereum, fast, and set to recur so you never think about it again. Cancel any time; billing stops at the end of the paid period.
