How long does setup actually take?

Most teams are fully connected in under an hour. You link your accounting system, Stackpack does the rest. No IT ticket required.

Do I need to involve engineering or IT?

No. Setup is entirely self-serve. If you can log into QuickBooks or Xero, you can set up Stackpack.

How is this different from a spreadsheet or just using our accounting software?

Your accounting software tells you what you paid. Stackpack tells you what you're still subscribed to, what's renewing, and where you're overpaying. It updates itself - you don't have to.

What does "ghost vendor" mean?

A ghost vendor is a subscription you're still being charged for but that nobody actively uses or remembers - often from a previous employee or a trial that never got cancelled. The average company has 35 of them. Stackpack finds them on day one.

What happens to our data if we cancel?

You can export everything before you go. We don't hold your data hostage.

Is Stackpack built for our size?

If you're a growing company with 10–500 employees managing software and contractor spend, yes. We're specifically not built for enterprise procurement teams that need 6-month implementations and dedicated admins.

How does the AI work - and does it use our data to train its models?

Stackpack's AI is trained on vendor management and contract data, then connected to your specific vendor information when you set up your account. It answers questions based on your data, not anyone else's. Your data is never used to train shared models - what's in your Stackpack stays yours.
