What is a Data Center?
A “data center” is an enormous set of buildings, larger than a hundred houses, filled with tens of thousands of supercomputers running day and night. It is deafeningly loud, consumes enormous amounts of electricity, and typically requires millions of gallons of water for cooling. A data center requires little human oversight, and creates almost no jobs.

We must learn from the mistakes of other communities that have seen their way of life destroyed by data centers.
