What are your return policies?

We offer a 2-business-day exchange window from the moment your item(s) is received. Please note, a $35 restocking fee or 5% of the total order value (whichever is greater) will apply. Summit Metals reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to deny a exchange. Our policies ensure that each return is handled with the utmost care and consideration, reflecting the exclusivity of our offerings.

What is your cancellation policy?

In the event of a cancellation, you agree to assume full responsibility and liability to Summit Metals for any market loss incurred by us. A cancellation fee of $25 or 5% of the order total – whichever is higher – will be applied. You are fully responsible for any and all fees and costs associated with Summit Metals’ efforts to collect from you.
