Is it really free?

Yes. Our free plan allows creating unlimited hiring forms and receiving unlimited applications. We believe that users should be able to experience an ATS before paying for it.

How is it different from other ATS?

When we started Binary, we wanted to build a very different kind of ATS. One that is lightweight, fast and well-designed. One that is built for the AI era. One that is so simple that it doesn't need a tutorial. One that you can start using immediately without speaking to sales. We can go on and on but you get the idea.

What if I already have an ATS?

If you are stuck with an ATS you don't love, we will help you migrate all your existing data for free. Reach out at [email protected].

Can I add team members?

Yes. Binary lets you create workspaces, add users and decide their roles and permissions.

How secure is this?

All your data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We don't share or sell your data in any scenario whatsoever and use best in class security protocols. Even when using AI models, we choose partners that don't use your data for model training. We are in the process of getting necessary security certifications.

Can I import my existing form submissions?

Absolutely. A lot of users come to us when they have posted a form already and received a ton of applications. Binary lets you import your existing form and submissions both.
