We are building Super IT for Managed Service Providers and internal IT teams that want to harness AI agents to scale excellent IT support to their end users and give their IT staff superpowers. It’s built to be secure, to match the style and tone of the IT organisation and to solve real IT issues with exceptional customer support.

Can Super IT integrate with existing tools?

Yes, Super IT is designed to integrate deeply with the end users IT environment and the platforms of the MSP and IT teams, to allow the Super IT Agent act like one of your IT team. We current support integrations with Connectwise and Halo PSA for ticketing, and Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure for identiy and collaboration suite integrations.
