No. Although there is never a guarantee, we always work hard to maintain our network during national emergencies and other events. If there is an outage, our teams jump into action to restore service as quickly as possible.

How is SuperMobile different than T-Priority?

SuperMobile is designed for business customers and offers enhanced network performance during periods of high demand. It helps maintain smoother data experiences—like faster file transfers and video calls—on our 5G Standalone network. T-Priority, on the other hand, is built specifically for first responders and critical government services.

How can I tell when I’m getting the benefits of Network Slicing?

There’s nothing to turn on or check. You should see smoother, more reliable data performance in busy areas like airports, events, or during peak hours.

How will I know I am connected to T-Satellite?

Your phone will automatically connect to T-Satellite if available in areas where there is no cellular or roaming service. When connected to Starlink, your phone will display "T-Sat+Starlink" or "T-Mobile SpaceX" as the provider. You may also receive a text notification confirming your connection.
