How does Supportfast work?

Supportfast is a platform that allows you to create AI-based chatbots by training ChatGPT with your data. With Supportfast, you can add various chat widgets to your website or an external link. Just upload a document or add your website link to get a chatbot capable of answering any question about the content.

How can I add the chatbot to my website?

You can embed an iframe on any page of your website or add a chat widget like the one at the bottom right of our site. To do this, just create a Chatbot, enter your domain in the ‘Settings’ section, and insert the script/iframe into your site’s code that you can find in the ‘Share’ section.

How can I enter my data?

Currently, you can upload one or more files (.pdf, .txt, .doc, .docx), paste text manually, or enter your website links for automatic analysis.

Does it support other languages?

Yes, Supportfast supports about 95 languages. You can enter your data in any language, and your bot will automatically respond in the language used by the user asking the questions.

Can I give instructions to my chatbots?

Yes, you can modify the basic prompt and give your chatbot a name, distinctive personality traits, and instructions on how to respond to questions.

Can I share a chatbot I created?

Yes, you can share the link to your Chatbot found in the ‘Share’ section. By default, the Chatbot is public, so it can be used by anyone who gets hold of the link, but you can set a password for access.
