Getting started is simple and takes less than 5 minutes. First, install and activate the SureCart plugin from the WordPress repository. Follow the on-screen setup wizard to create your account and claim your store. Once claimed, you can create products, design your checkout forms using the visual builder, and drop them onto any page using simple blocks or shortcodes.

Which WordPress page builders does SureCart work with?

SureCart is designed to be "builder-agnostic," meaning it works seamlessly with almost any environment. It has deep, native integrations with the WordPress Block Editor (Gutenberg), Elementor, and Bricks Builder. For other builders like Divi, Beaver Builder, or Oxygen, you can easily embed your checkout forms and product displays using provided shortcodes.

Can SureCart handle subscriptions?

Yes! SureCart features a powerful, built-in subscription engine. You can offer monthly or annual recurring payments, set up free or paid trials, and even create "installment plans" (e.g. 3 payments of $50). It also includes Dunning Management to automatically handle failed payments and a Customer Dashboard where users can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel their own subscriptions.

You can easily upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. You can do this yourself at any time in your store settings or, if you prefer, simply put in a request with our ticket desk.

How do I cancel my SureCart subscription?

You can easily cancel your subscription at any time. You can do this yourself at any time in your store settings or, if you prefer, simply put in a request with our ticket desk. When your plan ends, your store will be reverted to the Launch Plan.

We understand that agencies have unique needs and have catered our pricing plans just for you! You can utilize our unlimited store plan for your clients by creating stores under your account for them.
