How do I migrate to Swift CRM?

If you don’t have a CRM, we can help gather contacts and unify your data. Often this is a mix of phone data, sticky post its, email software. You’ll love having 1 system of record. If you already have a CRM, usually we migrate via exporting then importing data. We can help you with this (free, by request).

What's the Free Setup offer?

If you’re a good fit for us, we’ll set you up for free & manage the migration (if applicable. If not, gather up those sticky notes!). Most clients have a mix of contacts and need us more than they know! If you either have no CRM (and a mix of notes, emails, phone calls), we can help. If you’re coming over from another CRM, we’ll typically get a CSV / Excel File / Spreadsheet to import.

Can I connect my other software?

Yes! In almost all cases we have APIs (software to connect other software). We have APIs inbound and outbound, import and export options, and are compatible with “Software Bridge Systems” like Zapier and a dozen others, at least one of which is open source. We also “play nice” with WordPress, and have over a dozen plugins we’ve written, having worked on over 200 wordpress sites ourselves.

I have a seasonal business. Can I pause?

Yes – discuss with us, but this not uncommon for youth sports, ski and snow, etc.. Most clients simply choose an annual plan.

What if I go over my account quota?

The system will keep working, it’ll just get more expensive since you’ll move to metered. Since you can upgrade or downgrade anytime, the best option is just pick whatever you think will work and go from there, and we’ll tune as you go. We like to help. It’s fun to hear about real-world use for programmers!
