How do you figure out where AI fits in our organisation?

We start with process discovery. We sit with your finance team, HR, customer service, ops – every department. Every process gets documented and scored: can AI handle this? Does it need a person with AI backing them? Or is it fine as is? You get a clear picture, not a sales pitch.

Do you only work with businesses?

No. We work with schools, universities, government departments, NGOs, healthcare providers, professional services firms – any organisation with processes that involve people doing repetitive work. If it can be automated, we'll find it.

What if it turns out we don't need AI?

Then we'll tell you. Not every organisation needs AI agents, and we're not going to pretend otherwise. The process discovery is valuable on its own – you get every process documented with proper SOPs. We'd rather lose a sale than sell you something that won't help.

How is this different from normal automation?

Traditional automation follows fixed rules: if X happens, do Y. AI agents are different. They read context, handle messy data like emails and PDFs, deal with exceptions, and get better over time. A script breaks when the invoice format changes. An AI agent figures out the new format and keeps going.

Will AI replace my staff?

No. AI gives your people the ability to do more in less time. Your accounts team wasn't hired to copy numbers between spreadsheets. Your HR coordinator wasn't hired to read 2,000 resumes a year. AI agents take over the repetitive stuff so your people can do the work they were actually hired for. Nobody loses their job – they lose the grunt work.

Is my business data safe with AI agents?

All deployments run on Australian infrastructure. Data doesn't leave the country. We can self-host everything on your own servers for full control. We follow the Australian Privacy Principles and work within the Privacy Act. Your data is yours – we don't train models on it, share it, or send it offshore.

Do you stick around after building the agents?

Either way works. We can keep managing everything – agents running day-to-day, our team handling exceptions, weekly reporting. Or we build the agents, document how they work, train your people, and step back. Most clients start with us running things and gradually take over.
