Do you take on smaller, one-off projects?

Yes. Not everything has to be a full install. Common smaller projects: a Notion-only workspace, a lead research pipeline, a sales automation stack (proposals, follow-ups, status), or a single custom agent for a single job. The starting point is still a 20-minute fit call so we can scope it properly. Some engagements stay small. Others start with one project and grow into the full system. Both work.

Do I need to switch tools?

No. If you already have tools that work for you, we integrate AI directly into them. We work with what you have, not force you onto something new.

We already use ChatGPT. Do we still need this?

Using AI tools ad-hoc is different from having AI built into your operations. ChatGPT helps one person write faster. What we install runs across the whole team, on its own, doing the recurring work without anyone having to remember to prompt it.

What if we don't have any systems in place yet?

That's the most common case. We build the workspace and the underlying structure first, then add the AI agents on top once there's something solid for them to plug into. You don't need to be system-ready to start.

What if AI doesn't apply to our business?

That's exactly what the fit call is for. If we find no meaningful opportunities for your business, we'll tell you. But across every business we've worked with, we've always found high-impact ones.

How fast do we see results?
