Does Tashann run on Mac or Windows PC?

No. Tashann is a mobile app (Android & iOS) and doesn't run on desktop or laptop. However, our website is universal.

Is Tashann free or a subscription-based app?

Both! But nothing in life is free! We are paying for your free plan! Or you can even buy a subscription at a nominal cost which will unlock all premium features.

Is my data/identity going to be safe?

Data Safety & Integrity is what we truly believe in & follow as well. All your data is encrypted and stored on the cloud.

Can I delete my account?

Yes, absolutely! You can delete your data and your account anyme you want to. In fact, it will free up our encrypted storage space as well! However, note that you will lose your unique username.

What happens if I do not renew my subscription?

You will lose some premium features upon expiry of your plan validity. To retain your unique username & data, you need to renew within 7 days of your plan expiry. A er this grace period, your account will be deleted.
