What does an Internal AI agent actually do?

An Internal AI agent is a managed AI employee that works inside your business. It writes code and ships PRs, builds and maintains your site, drafts reports and analyses, runs content pipelines, and executes recurring workflows. You message it through Slack, Teams, or Discord like any team member, and we monitor and improve it behind the scenes.

How is this different from a chatbot?

Chatbots answer questions. Our agents do real work. Internal AI ships code, drafts reports, builds sites, and runs operations alongside your team. Customer-Facing AI is trained on your business and escalates cleanly when humans are needed. Both are managed: we build, train, monitor, and improve them so you don't need to figure out prompts or infrastructure.

Do I need both AI agents on day one?

Internal AI is the highest-leverage place to begin for most businesses; Customer-Facing AI fits when website traffic and inbound conversations are part of the operation.

Internal AI starts at $2,500-$4,000 setup + $2,500-$5,000/month and scales with the workflows we automate. Customer-Facing AI starts at $1,000-$2,000 setup + $750-$1,500/month and includes unlimited conversations, analytics, and ongoing support. Enterprise deployments are scoped per organization.

How long does setup take?

Internal AI deployments typically take 2-3 weeks because of infrastructure, integrations, and training. Customer-Facing AI usually goes live within one week. We handle everything: discovery, build, testing, and launch.

What if the agent hits a limit or can't answer?

They know their limits. Internal AI checks in when it needs your input or hits a boundary, and the work it touches is logged. Customer-Facing AI hands off to a human when a question is outside its training, with full conversation context. Neither makes up answers.

What about data privacy and which AI models do you use?

We support both third-party models (OpenAI, Anthropic, and others) and open-source models. If data privacy is a priority, we can deploy open-source models on dedicated cloud infrastructure or your own hardware so your data never touches a third-party provider. We pick the best model for each task based on your requirements.
