How quickly can VoiBo be deployed for my agency?

Most are built within 1–2 weeks of onboarding. It then depends on how much testing and tweaking you'd like to do internally before going live, though it shouldn't extend to more than 4 weeks. We train the agent on your tone, role types, and workflows, then test thoroughly before it handles a single real call. There's no long implementation project. It's built to get you moving fast.

Does it really sound human? Will candidates know they're speaking to AI?

Can I control when the agent is active and what it says?

Yes, fully. You set the active hours, review call transcripts, refine the knowledge base, and update scripts at any time. VoiBo is trained on your business and remains under your control. Think of it as a very capable team member with a detailed brief — not a black box.

How does VoiBo handle data and candidate privacy?
