Not necessarily, and most of our clients aren’t. Once the project plan is approved and construction begins, our crews work independently and keep the site clean and organized at the end of each day. We assign a dedicated project manager to your job who serves as your single point of contact for questions, updates, and scheduling — so you’re never wondering what’s happening or chasing down answers from different people. Do you handle the design and the construction, or do I need to hire separately?

Tepe is a full design-build firm, which means the same team that creates your landscape plan also builds it. You won’t need to coordinate between a designer and a separate contractor — that’s one of the biggest sources of miscommunication and cost overruns on landscaping projects. Our designers, project managers, and install crews all work under one roof, so nothing gets lost in translation from the plan to your finished yard.

How long does a typical landscaping project take from start to finish?

It depends on the complexity. A straightforward paver patio or retaining wall might take one to two weeks. A larger Cincinnati landscaping project involving grading, hardscape, irrigation, plantings, and outdoor lighting could run four to eight weeks.
