Reaching everyone in a larger group chat can be difficult, usually requiring sending the same message across several different chats and platforms. Often half of the members of a chat have it muted and messages get buried. This poses a challenge for administrators who have to send the message multiple times among multiple channels. Getting someone to Venmo you back can be frustrating to all parties involved. Request over Venmo and half the time the other person has notifications for the app turned off.
