What sources does NetworkOS pull contacts from?

NetworkOS automatically imports contacts from Gmail, Google Calendar, and LinkedIn. It deduplicates contacts across sources and enriches each profile with relationship strength data.

How does the automated introduction workflow work?

NetworkOS uses a double opt-in workflow: 1) Specify who should meet whom, 2) AI drafts consent and intro emails, 3) Review and approve, 4) System sends consent requests, 5) After both parties consent, intro email is sent automatically, 6) Outcomes are tracked.

What is a NetworkOS recommendation request?

A recommendation request (a 'swarm') lets you crowdsource an answer from your network at once. You describe what you need — a consultant, vendor, recruiter, restaurant, and so on — NetworkOS picks the best people to ask and writes each a personal email, then collects the replies and gives you one synthesized recommendation.

What is Looped?

Looped is the automatic follow-up feature in NetworkOS. CC a single address on any email thread you're waiting on and NetworkOS watches the thread, classifies each reply with AI, and sends pre-approved follow-ups from your own Gmail until the conversation resolves. You never have to remember to chase a reply again.
