1. How is your system specifically designed for the multi-family development market?

Table Tap’s system is the only system on the market specifically designed for multi-family developments. There is a multitude of features that enable us to provide a turnkey solution to enable residents to pour their own beverages responsibly.  The Table Tap system enables property management to issue RFID cards to residents that permit access to the taps in the clubhouse or other common areas. These include scheduling hours of operation, enabling RFID cards to auto-open taps without check-in, daily limits on consumption, underage patron functionality for non-alcoholic taps, auto-billing

2. Are apartments utilizing this system to sell the beverages or strictly as a free amenity to the residents?

Table Tap’s system will enable you to provide either option to residents. Over 90% of developments use the Table Tap system as a free amenity to control the cost of offering beverages on tap, which ensures max occupancy from day one. A small percentage of our clients do charge their residents for the beverages they have consumed. The Table Tap system can be configured to bill daily, weekly or monthly.

3. What space is required for a Table Tap turnkey solution?

Table Tap recommends only the best refrigeration equipment to ensure the perfect pour every time. There are a number of different kegerators and configurations depending on the number of taps and the types of beverages you would like to dispense. These kegerators can run from 36 inches to 108 inches in length depending on spacial limitations and design. Table Tap also will need an adjacent dry storage cabinet to house our electronics that is a minimum of 18 inches clear on the inside.

4. What construction prerequisites are required?

Construction requirements may vary depending on the project; however, there are a few items needed for every project such as power for the refrigerator, power for the electronics, and data line for connecting electronics at the taps back to the Server/AV closet.  A drain is not always necessary but is recommended where possible.  Table Tap supplies a full Install Guide detailing all construction and planning for a successful implementation specific to every project.

5. What types of beverages can the system dispense?

Our turnkey solutions can dispense a variety of beverages. This includes beer, wine, kombucha, cold brew, seltzers, and craft soda. It is worth noting that different types of beverages are dispensed and stored at different temperatures. A dual-zone unit or separate kegerator may be required if you are looking to dispense a multitude of beverages.

1. What POS system do you integrate with?

Unlike our competitors, Table Tap does not need to integrate with a third-party POS system. Our system includes a fully integrated POS system that is developed in-house. No longer do you have to work out of one system to create cards and another system to handle ringing up the customer. Everything can be done on one singular iPad screen.

2. Does Table Tap install draft systems in-house?

Table Tap has installed the most turnkey self-pour systems in the world. We have draft technicians on staff that will help design and install a perfect pouring draft system. No longer do you have to find a third party to do that work. Table Tap takes the burden off you and manages the entire self-pour project. That is not to say we won't work with a local draft installer, but we are happy to offer our draft services as well.

3. What space requirements does your system have?

Each and every one of Table Tap’s jobs are customs so space varies from job to job. The minimum amount of wall space that our taps, screens, and RFID readers will need is 6.5 inches per tap. All of our electronics can fit within cabinetry below the drip tray or be hidden behind the wall.
